Renotub Premium Bath Resurfacing Enamel Paint & Thiiner Kit is a durable two-part modified acrylic isocyanate free coating specially formulated & designed to provide excellent adhesion, durability & colour retention in high moisture areas.
It is ideal for use to renew cast iron, steel, enamel, ceramic porcelain, fiberglass, bath tubs, toilets, bidets & sinks. It is not for use on galvanized steel or flexible plastic.

• 250ml Renotub Premium Bath Enamel Paint - Ral 9016
• 250ml Renotub Hardener
• 500ml Renotub Brush Cleaner & Thinner

Do not use on areas exposed to extreme heat such as stovetops, or constant high humidity environments. Do not use in continuous water immersion such as swimming pools, hot tubs, ponds, or saunas.

1:1 mixing ratio for easy use & reduced wastage. Specially designed for application with brush & roller.

Each pack contains a 250ml of Part A coating in Brilliant White Ral 9016 & 250ml Part B of an Activator / Hardener.

Usage

Before applying carefully read the instructions on the container and use according to the manufacturers recommendations.

Preparation

To secure lasting adhesion to the subsequent product all surfaces shall be clean, dry and free from any contamination.
Clean the surface in preparation for sanding.
Thoroughly abrade the surface with a suitable P600 abrasive sandpaper. Remove loose paint & rust with a wire brush.
To ensure a clean tidy finish round the edges & the fittings, we recommend applying masking tape to areas that do not require resurfacing and renovating.

Application

Apply at temperatures between 10-25°C in a well ventilated room.
Before painting mix components A and B and stir thoroughly. Once mixed apply within 2 hours.
Use a fine quality, fine bristle brush. Brush in one direction only for a smooth surface and feather the edges as you paint to avoid a hard line between painted areas. Avoid excessive brushing to ensure an even coat & smooth finish. Brush around the edges & the fittings & when complete we recommend applying the surface with a good quality 4 foam roller.

Allow to dry 7 days before exposing to water.
