Reflective Heavy Duty Road Line Marking Paint Overview

Our Reflective Line Marking Paint is a solvent-based, high-performance, hard-wearing road marking paint suitable for concrete, tarmac, and aged asphalt. It contains reflective glass beads designed to reflect light for enhanced visibility while offering extra slip resistance for safety on marked surfaces.

This versatile paint is suitable for both interior and exterior use. It is ideal for road safety applications, including zebra crossings, but is also perfect for pavements, parking spaces, car parks, pedestrian walkways, playgrounds, and sporting venues.

Applications & Uses

• Road markings on concrete, tarmac, and asphalt

Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose material

• Remove any loose debris or old flaking paint

• Stir thoroughly before use to distribute reflective glass beads evenly

Application

• Apply using a brush or roller for small areas

• Apply evenly in thin coats for optimal coverage and reflective performance

• Allow sufficient drying time between coats

• Two coats recommended for maximum durability and reflectivity

Drying & Curing

• Touch Dry: 30 minutes

• Overcoating Time: 2–4 hours

• Full Cure: 24 hours for maximum performance and slip resistance

Safety Information

• Use in well-ventilated areas

• Wear gloves, eye protection, and suitable protective clothing

• Avoid inhalation of vapours and contact with skin or eyes

• Keep away from flames, sparks, or sources of ignition

• Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children

• Dispose of paint and containers responsibly according to local regulations
