Path & Patio Paint Overview

Our Path & Patio Paint is a heavy-duty elastomeric coating that delivers a tough, durable, flexible, and long-lasting finish. Ideal for areas subjected to frequent heavy use, it provides excellent protection and appearance for interior and exterior concrete paths, driveways, patios, garden slabs, walkways, ramps, industrial work areas, and car parks.

The paint is available in two versions: smooth or anti-slip. The anti-slip variant incorporates finely crushed dolomite stone, giving a low-profile textured finish that is easy to maintain and clean. With good UV resistance, it is suitable for both external and internal applications.

For best results, we recommend thinning your first coat by at least 10% with White Spirit prior to application.

Applications & Uses

• Interior and exterior concrete and stone surfaces

• Tarmac, aged asphalt, and driveways

• Paths, patios, and walkways

• Primed ferrous metals

• Ideal for areas subject to heavy foot or vehicle traffic

Preparation

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose material

• For heavily worn surfaces, clean and remove any contaminants or flaking paint

• For first coat, thin by 10% with White Spirit to improve flow and adhesion

Application

• Apply using a brush, roller

• Apply evenly in thin coats for best coverage

• Allow sufficient drying time between coats

• Two coats recommended for maximum durability

Drying & Curing

• Touch Dry: 2 hours

• Overcoating Time: 16 hours

• Full Cure: Allow 24 hours before heavy foot or vehicle traffic

Safety Information

• Use in well-ventilated areas

• Wear protective gloves, eye protection, and suitable clothing

• Avoid inhalation of vapours and contact with skin or eyes

• Keep away from flames, sparks, or sources of ignition

• Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children

• Dispose of paint and containers responsibly according to local regulations
