Manor Zinfos 490 Primer Finish Paint is a medium high solids, medium VOC, one-coat anti-corrosive semi-gloss finish designed to provide durable protection and excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. It offers a 50% sheen and is ideal for use as a single coat system on prepared steel and metalwork where quick turnaround and long-lasting protection are required.

Perfect for use on storage containers, skips, waste compactors, machinery, and industrial metal structures, Zinfos 490 delivers a professional finish that combines corrosion resistance with aesthetic appeal.

Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from rust, oil, grease, and loose material. Remove rust and scale by mechanical abrasion or shot blasting for best adhesion. Clean with a suitable degreaser before painting.

Application & Coverage
Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. Stir thoroughly before use. For best results, apply evenly to achieve full coverage and avoid over-application.
Coverage: Approximately 6.5 m² per litre, depending on surface profile and application method.

Drying & Overcoating
Drying Time: 30 minutes
Overcoating Time: 2 hours (at 20°C, depending on film thickness and conditions)
