Landrover Vehicle Paint Overview

Landrover Vehicle Enamel Paint is a single-pack, solvent-based coating designed for use as a refinishing paint for Land Rover vehicles, commercial vehicles, and vehicle equipment.

This enamel paint is based on a urethane-modified resin system, providing a strong, durable paint film with excellent chemical resistance. Depending on preference, it can deliver a mirror-like gloss finish or a more subtle sheen, making it versatile for various restoration or refinishing projects.

A selection of high-quality pigments further enhances the paint’s properties, offering improved weathering resistance and excellent light fastness to ensure long-lasting, professional results.

PREPARATION

• Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, rust, and loose material

• Remove any flaking paint or corrosion by sanding to achieve a smooth surface

• For optimal adhesion and durability, apply a suitable primer such as our Landrover Vehicle Primer

APPLICATION

• Stir paint thoroughly before and during use

• Apply using a brush, roller, or spray system depending on project size

• Apply evenly in thin coats to avoid runs or pooling

• Allow sufficient drying time between coats (typically 2–4 hours depending on temperature and humidity)

• For maximum durability, 2–3 coats are recommended

DRYING & CURING

• Touch dry: 90 mins (depending on temperature and humidity)

• Recoat: After 4 hours

• Full cure: Allow 24 hours before heavy handling, exposure, or operational use

SAFETY INFORMATION

• Use only in well-ventilated areas

• Wear protective gloves, clothing, and eye protection

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes

• Do not breathe vapours or spray mist

• Keep away from flames, sparks, or sources of ignition

• Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children

• Dispose of paint and containers responsibly according to local regulations
