Flag Roofix Roof Repair Paint in grey is specifically developed to provide instant waterproofing for leaking roofs & gutters.
Roofix is an all-weather product that can be applied even in damp wet conditions.
Ideal for flat roofs for an instant roof repair.
Roofix can be used to repair specific areas that are leaking or totally waterproof an entire roof.
This product is multi-purpose and can be utilised on a wide variety of problem areas.
A single pack elastomeric acrylic based (non bitumastic) compound, with built in draylon fibre reinforcement, providing excellent flexibility and durability.
Provides exceptional adhesion to virtually any roofing material.
Roofix does not require special primers, and can provide long term protection in excess of 10 years.

Roofix may be applied to felt, asphalt, slate, clay, concrete, corrugated sheet & asbestos roofs.

Great fast delivery. Absolutely brilliant paint. We had a portacabin that was leaking . Used this paint & after the gales and torrential rain of recent days no more leaks. It was fairly easy to apply too and dried quickly.
