Flag Heavy Duty Elastomeric Floor Paint is a premium, professional-grade coating formulated from a high-quality blend of thermo-acrylic and polyurethane resins. This combination creates a tough, durable, flexible, and long-lasting anti-slip finish ideal for high-traffic areas. The paint incorporates finely crushed dolomite stone, producing a low-profile textured surface that is slip-resistant yet comfortable to walk on, and easy to maintain. Its excellent UV resistance makes it suitable for both internal and external applications.

Applications

• Interior and exterior concrete and stone floors

• Tarmac, aged asphalt, and driveways

Application Method
Apply using a brush or roller. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or debris before coating.

Drying & Curing

• Touch dry: 2 hours

• Overcoating: 16 hours

• Fully cured: 5–7 days depending on temperature and substrate

Coverage
Approximately 10 m² per litre, depending on surface porosity and application method.

Durable, textured anti-slip satin finish
