Coo-Var CSP Mortar is a solvent free, durable, heavy duty, 2 pack epoxy mortar, designed to repair damaged & cracked concrete prior to painting or as a stand-alone repair in cold conditions where conventional repair mortars
would not be able to dry or fully cure.  
Coo-Var CSP Mortar cures at temperatures as low as -35°C. 
Ideal when cold rooms/stores cannot be turned off.
