Our Chassis Paint Black Satin is a high-quality, durable, high-build satin finish coating designed for vehicle chassis. It provides excellent resistance to oil, grease, and mechanical wear. This all-in-one product can be applied directly to metalwork as both a primer and finish, eliminating the need for a separate primer.

For maintaining your tools, we recommend cleaning brushes, rollers, and spray equipment with our Industrial Brush Cleaner & Thinner, available in 1-litre and 5-litre sizes.

Preparation

• Ensure The Surface Is Clean, Dry, And Free From Oil, Grease, And Rust

• Remove Any Flaking Paint Or Corrosion By Sanding To Create A Smooth Surface

• Wipe Down Surfaces Before Application For Best Adhesion

Application

• Apply Using Brush, Roller, Or Spray Equipment Depending On Project Size

• Apply Evenly In Thin Coats For Optimal Coverage

• Stir Thoroughly Before And During Use

• Allow Sufficient Drying Time Between Coats

Drying & Curing

• Touch Dry: Approximately 30 Minutes

• Overcoating Time: 1 Hour

• Full Cure: Allow 24 Hours Before Heavy Handling Or Exposure
