A general high-performance Polyurethane PU Slow Thinner is a blend of solvents designed to slow the wet edge during application of our high-quality range of 2 Pack Polyurethane and Acrylic high gloss finish topcoats. This ensures a smoother, more even finish and reduces brush or spray marks, making it ideal for professional painting projects.

Preparation

• Ensure The Area Is Well-Ventilated Before Use

• Wear Appropriate Protective Gloves, Clothing, And Eye Protection

• Ensure Paint To Be Thinned Is Compatible With This Product

• Keep Away From Flames, Sparks, And Sources Of Ignition

Application

• Add The Thinner To 2 Pack Polyurethane Or Acrylic Topcoats According To Manufacturer’s Recommendations

• Stir Thoroughly To Fully Mix The Thinner With The Paint

• Apply Using Brush, Roller, Or Spray Equipment As Required

• Avoid Exceeding Recommended Thinner Levels To Maintain Coating Performance And Gloss

Drying & Curing

• Thinner Does Not Significantly Alter The Drying Time Of The Topcoat, But Allow Adequate Drying Time Between Coats

• Touch Dry: Typically 2–4 Hours Depending On Temperature, Humidity, And Topcoat Type

• Full Cure: Allow 24 Hours Or As Specified For The Specific Topcoat Before Heavy Handling Or Exposure
