2 Pack Epoxy Resin Concrete Floor Sealer & Dustproofer Overview

2 Pack Epoxy Floor Sealer is a chemically curing gloss floor finish for use in high traffic areas.
It provides extremely tough and seamless finishes, with exceptional resistance to most chemicals, solvents & oils.
it is ideal for use where regular heavy foot, vehicle & truck traffic is expected & where there is risk of occasional spillage's of chemicals, solvents, oils & other surface contamination, such as warehouses, factories, workshops, garages & showrooms.
Available in a clear gloss finish
Touch dry in 4 hours, hard dry in 16 hours, minimum overcoating interval 16 hours, maximum overcoating interval 72 hours, at temperature of 20°C.
It is recommended to thin the 1st coat by 15 - 20% with our Epoxy Thinner.
Apply 2nd coat unthinned.
Once applied allow 7-10 days to fully cure before allowing traffic.
Before application it is important to make sure that all areas are clean, sound, dry & free from surface contamination.

All oils/ grease & laitance should be removed with our Concrete Acid Etch Cleaning Solution.

Care should be taken on previously painted floors to make sure that the original coatings are sound, as the epoxy will 'tighten-up' during curing, exposing areas of the original floor coating which have poor adhesion - mechanically abrading all areas is recommended to reduce this risk.

  • Floors in high-traffic areas, to provide good resistance to scuffs and staining
  • To enhance the beauty of coloured, stamped or exposed-aggregate concrete

Caution : Not recommended for power floated floors.
